Seventy to eighty percent of Planet Eclipse was covered by dark clouds all year long. Electromagnetic currents flickered in the sky, and the colors were dazzling to behold.
Ordinary electronic devices were useless there, and satellites were useless. They couldn't see what was happening on the planet, either.
That was one of the reasons Han Sen had agreed to come to Planet Eclipse.
There were pros and cons, too. Han Sen couldn't be watched on Planet Eclipse, and Han Sen couldn't watch the actions of the other Nobles on the planet.
But Han Sen didn't care. He didn't want to do that anyway.
Not long after Han Sen left Mirror Lake, someone followed Han Sen.
It was Lake, one of the four Viscounts in the base. He was from the Ink Cloud, a small race that didn't even have a planet to call their own. They were just one of the many creatures that inhabited the planet. It was rare for a Viscount to be born there.
But Lake's identity wasn't as simple as it seemed. Not long after he became a Viscount, he caught the eye of an important person and was given special training.
Lake had joined Han Sen on Planet Eclipse, and his goal was to assassinate Han Sen.
It was difficult to assassinate someone in Narrow Moon, but Planet Eclipse was the perfect place to do so.
Although Han Sen was just a Baron, Lake still followed him patiently. He wasn't in a rush to strike, and he wanted to kill Han Sen in one hit. He didn't want to give Han Sen a chance to fight back, and it would be best if he didn't even have the chance to draw his King class weapon.
Although the King class weapon couldn't be used in Han Sen's hands, it was still a problem.
Han Sen took Little Silver with him as they approached the mountain. The xenogeneics on Planet Eclipse were too messy, and he couldn't be sure that the maps and resources the people had brought back were accurate.
Han Sen saw a few shadows crouching near the mountain entrance. They were the xenogeneics the Barons had described.
Han Sen counted a total of six of them, some big and some small. The smallest was about the size of an adult wolfdog, and the largest was about the size of an elephant.
The xenogeneics all had different bodies. Some looked like four-legged beasts, while others stood on two legs. One had insect-like wings, and another had six arms.
Although they looked different, they still had one thing in common. Their bodies had a layer of angular shell, which didn't look very hard.
Han Sen had heard the Barons say that when Baron class weapons struck the shell, the damage was low. They couldn't deal a fatal blow, and that was one of the reasons they had lost so much last time.
After watching from afar for a while, Han Sen pulled out Ghost Teeth Knife. The scabbard was broken, so he had to carry it on his back.
Ghost Teeth Knife's Ghost Teeth presence wasn't something an ordinary scabbard could handle. It would break in a few days, and that troubled Han Sen.
He had a scabbard, but he didn't want to use it. If she saw it, he'd be in trouble. So, he left the scabbard in the sanctuary and didn't want to use it.
Lake watched Han Sen approach the mountain entrance, and he frowned. There was no place to hide near the mountain entrance, and if Han Sen went in like this, the xenogeneics would find him.
Han Sen had only brought the little silver beast with him. If he thought he could kill six strong xenogeneics, it would be a little too risky.
But Lake wanted to use this opportunity to see how strong Han Sen really was.
When Han Sen killed the Barons, he relied on the sharpness of his King class weapon. He didn't show off his true power.
"Let's fight. It would be best if the xenogeneics killed him. That way, I won't have to do it myself.
If he doesn't die, then I'll kill him. "Lake looked calm, and he wasn't in a rush.
After Han Sen lost his cover, the xenogeneics quickly discovered him. The six of them stood up and roared. Their eyes were red, and they leaped towards Han Sen like hungry wolves.
Han Sen didn't slow down, though. He still held his knife as he ran towards them. Little Silver followed Han Sen from a distance.
Quickly, Han Sen came into contact with the first xenogeneic. Han Sen's footsteps changed. He turned around and passed by the xenogeneic, swinging his Ghost Teeth Knife as he did so.
Han Sen didn't stop, though. His body kept flashing, and he swung his Ghost Teeth Knife from all sorts of weird angles.
In a second, Han Sen passed through the six xenogeneics. The six xenogeneics used six different attacks, but none of them were able to touch Han Sen.
Katcha!
Almost at the same time, the six xenogeneics' bodies were slashed open. Blood gushed out of the wounds, and they all fell to the ground, screaming. Their blood kept gushing out, and their wounds tore open. They weren't going to make it.
Lake was shocked, and he thought to himself, "That is a very powerful Teeth Knife. That is a very powerful Ghost Teeth Knife. That ripping power must have come from Ghost Teeth Knife.
Aside from the Rebate, I have never heard of any other race practicing Teeth powers. "
Lake felt lucky that he hadn't acted rashly. Han Sen was stronger than he had expected, and his knife skills were impressive. And with his King class Ghost Teeth Knife, killing him in a direct confrontation would not be easy.
Not long after, the six xenogeneics were all dead. Han Sen dug up their xenogeneic genes. Even if he didn't need them, many people in the sanctuary would need them. The more he had, the better.
"These xenogeneics are weaker than I thought. It looks like I should try killing a Viscount xenogeneic. Otherwise, I won't be able to practice." After Han Sen put away the xenogeneic genes, he took out a map and looked at it.
There were Viscount xenogeneics nearby, and there were many of them.
Han Sen chose a place and left the mountain. He followed the path to the left, and someone had seen a Viscount xenogeneic there. Han Sen planned to go there and try his luck.
Lake saw where Han Sen was going, and he was happy. In fact, Lake was the one who had told him there was a Viscount xenogeneic there.
There were Viscount xenogeneics there, but there weren't just one. There were two, and Lake had only reported one. He was going to report it again when he needed more points, but he hadn't expected Han Sen to be so arrogant as to think he could kill one.
"Chance! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity!" Lake was so happy. He quickly followed Han Sen.
Lake made up his mind. Even if Han Sen didn't die at the hands of the two Viscount xenogeneics, he was going to find someone to kill Han Sen.
"I just need to ambush him on the path he will take to escape. Even if he manages to make it back, I will be able to assassinate him. This time, he is dead for sure."
Seeing the two Viscount xenogeneics approaching, Lake decided to hide on a mountain.
